Design + Build Concierge Service

Lacor Streetscape is distinctive in that we offer design/build and consultation services, particularly for transit districts with multiple stakeholders who have differing amenity design ideas.

In other words, we get involved in community input; work with transit consultants and the client, then design transit furnishings that unify this entire process.

Often this method of procurement can save the agency months of time, and provide a more comprehensive furnishings design than that of traditional bid procedures.

These services are also available to those involved in any area of development requiring site furnishings.

Contact Lacor/Streetscape for more information on design/build.
